Michelle holds a bachelor of science, graduated from Makami College, and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Michelle offers a wide range of massage techniques including: therapeutic massage, geriatric, relaxation, pregnancy, postnatal and infant massage, lymphatic, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, myofacial release, hydrotherapy, and hot stone massage.

Barbara graduated from the Lakeland College Massage Therapy Program. She is a member of National Health Practitioners of Canada. Barbara offers relaxation, therapeutic, pregnancy, trigger point and hot stone massage.

Julie graduated from the Lakeland college massage therapy program. She is a member of Natural health practitioners of Canada. Julie was trained in various massage techniques such as, Relaxation, Pre/ Post- natal, infant, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai herbal stem, manual lymphatic drainage, and hydrotherapy. Julie has also had extra training in the treatment of migraines and tension headaches, both acute and chronic cases. Julie has been working in chiropractic offices for the last few years and has had a lot of opportunity to work with motor vehicle accidents, overuse injuries, W.C.B claims, sports injuries, and chronic pain clients.
